How do I qualify to select a gift?

To qualify for gift selection, you must reserve the 2019 Nissan Altima between June 14, 2018 and October 2, 2018, and then purchase the vehicle between October 3, 2018 and January 31, 2019.

When can I select a gift?

Gift redemption will begin on October 3, 2018, and will run through February 28, 2019. During this timeframe, after vehicle purchase, eligible customers can visit this website to select a gift.

What will I need to select my gift?

To select a gift, qualifying customers will need their 'reservation ID' (as provided by Nissan). You will receive your reservation ID, via email, on two separate occasions:
1.) after you reserve the 2019 Nissan Altima
2.) after you purchase your 2019 Nissan Altima

Is the offer transferable?

No. The gift offer is only available to individual 2019 Nissan Altima customers who directly qualify for the Program.

I lost my reservation ID, what should I do?

For toll-free assistance, eligible customers can call 888-817-1603. A Nissan Gift Gallery Concierge will help you resolve this issue. Note: You will need to provide the last eight (8) digits of your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Your VIN is 17 characters long, and can be found where the dashboard meets the windshield, or on the door frame of the driver's side front door. Please have this number available before calling for assistance.

Will I incur any cost for selecting a gift?

No. For eligible customers, your gift selection and gift shipment is complimentary - it's our way of saying "thank you" for becoming a proud owner of the all-new 2019 Nissan Altima.
